A Slimmer Healthier You

Looking to lose weight quickly and safely? Overwhelmed with all the fad diets and food choices? Or maybe you are just looking to be more healthy and find out exactly what nutrients that you may be missing?

Losing a lot of weight can be overwhelming, especially if you are trying to do it on your own. But you don’t have to. We understand the struggles that come with losing weight, and we’re here to help! Through counseling and personal attention, our staff has created a weight loss system that utilizes medical appetite suppressants, fat burning injections, and coaching for lifestyle changes in eating and activity.
“I couldn’t lose weight after I started going through menopause. I started on the fat burning injections called Lipo Plus, and the weekly counseling before I knew it lost all my weight. I went from 160 pounds to 120 pounds. I love my new “me” and I recommend this program to all my friends.”

We utilize several tools to assist our patients’ weight loss goals, which include the FDA approved pharmaceutical appetite control medication to maximize the results in our weight loss programs. Patients are monitored by our medical practitioner in order to closely track changes and progress.

Fat Burning Injections

Our injections have three amino acids that are important for a healthy liver since it is responsible for removing fat and toxins out of your body, so the healthier your liver is, the better it will work at liquefying and flushing out the fat. Also, we include vitamin B12 to give you an added boost of energy! This extra energy gets you moving, increases your metabolism and burns more calories. Why injections? Injections are more quickly and easily absorbed as injections then when taken in supplement form.

Our medical weight loss patients have a success rate of 90%. Counselors teach our patients how to lose weight, achieve their goals, and maintain their weight loss through weekly educational and motivational meetings. Patients are provided recipes, coached on purchasing food from grocery stores, and given rules for dining out. We believe teaching lifestyle changes to our patients, to last their lifetime as part of our maintenance programs to ensure patients continue to receive support after they have reached their weight loss goals.

FIT Testing

Food inflammation testing (FIT) or delayed food sensitivity testing uses methods that detect both IgG antibody and immune complexes to determine the reactivity of each sample against 132 foods, colorings, and additives. This report will assist you and our practitioner to provide treatment options to illnesses such as skin rashes and headaches to chronic intestinal diseases as well as discover barriers to weight loss.

Our purpose is to teach a healthy lifestyle to patients, not to sell supplements. We do offer supplements in our office for patients with busy lifestyles, including meal replacement shakes and other supplements to aid in their weight loss or help to maintain their ideal weight, and general nutrition. We provide convenient products for patients changing their lifestyle.

Nutrition Response Testing

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body in order to determine the underlying causes of illness. When these are corrected through safe, natural, nutritional means, the body can repair itself in order to attain optimum health. We start by testing the body’s neurological reflexes. The neurological reflexes are derived from the part of the nervous system whose job is to regulate the functions of each and every organ. By testing these reflexes, we have a system of monitoring your body at each visit that helps us identify what your needs are and how well we are meeting those needs. For your convenience, we offer supplements in office our office once the exact nutrients you need are determined.

Weight Loss & Nutrition FAQ’S

Q: What type of food will I eat on the program?
A: Our program is not based on prepackaged foods. Our diet consists of real food that you can purchase at your grocery store. We educate you on appropriate food choices and portion sizes because this is not a quick fix. This program is a lifestyle change.

Q. Is it safe to lose weight quickly?
A. Yes, under appropriate medical supervision, rapid weight loss with a balanced nutritional intake is not only safe but more effective than losing weight slowly.

Q. I have lost weight only to regain it again. How is this program different?
A. We all need to understand and accept that obesity is a chronic disease. The reason most individuals and weight loss programs experience weight regain is that they terminate the treatment. Obesity requires a lifelong treatment plan. At Back to Health Physical Medicine, once patients reach their goal weight, we develop a lifelong maintenance plan to assist them in maintaining their weight loss.
